Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Flikora AI website, rendering platforms, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account verified by our authentication partner. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and are fully liable for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying abusive or mechanical scraping behaviors.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

We charge recurring subscriptions (e.g., £49/month Pro Plan) and sell one-time credit booster top-ups via Stripe payments.

• Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle. Unused monthly base credits (500 credits) reset at the end of each billing cycle.
• One-Time Booster Packs: Active subscribers can purchase additional credit booster packs. Booster credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.
• Taxes and Fees: All pricing details listed are exclusive of applicable transaction taxes (e.g. Sales Tax/VAT) where required by regional law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the self-serve Stripe Billing Portal inside your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your PRO privileges (e.g., watermark removal, premium voices) will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, at which point your plan resets to the Free Tier.
• Refunds Policy: Due to the high cost of cloud computing resources associated with AI processing, voice synthesis, and video rendering, **all purchases are final and non-refundable.**

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You represent that all uploaded real estate listing photos, assets, and branding logos belong to you or that you possess explicit licenses for commercial publication. You agree not to upload any abusive, obscene, or illegal content. We reserve the right to instantly terminate services for accounts violating this acceptable use guideline.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flikora AI provides services "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, rendering speeds, or the absolute correctness of AI-generated listing copy descriptions. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or listing output inaccuracies.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
